Taking a look at the KV-2 model by Sergey Berkutov, what jumps out immediately is the impressive weathering. The subtle streaks and dirt add a layer of realism to this 1:35 scale kit by Trumpeter. It looks like it’s been through some serious action, which is exactly what you’d hope to capture with a tank as iconic as this.

Now, speaking of iconic, the real KV-2 was known for its massive size and heavyweight fight during World War II. From what I’ve read, it was like a mobile fortress with its giant turret capable of delivering powerful shots. Some say it was a bit of a surprise for its enemies back in the day.
